General Returns

The customer can return an item within 7 days of receipt of delivery for refund or replacement. All returns are whether for exchange, refund or incorrectly ordered shell be evaluated accepted at the complete discretion of 3S Safety. If an item is accepted for return/exchange or refund the customer bears the cost of shipping the item back to 3S Safety and the item must be received in the original condition and with original packing and receipt.

Any items with faulty manufacturing must be returned within 7 days. The customer bears the cost of shipping and insuring the returned item, unless agreed otherwise. 3S Safety will endeavour to repair or replace the faulty item within 7 days of receipt of the faulty item.

Incorrect size

If your order is the incorrect size, please return the unworn goods with the swing tags still attached within 14 days and we will send you the correct size. Please ensure that you clearly state the size you would like in a letter with the returned package. All returns must contain a proof of purchase document such as a receipt or packing slip. All returns must be in original resale able condition and packaging.
